
Frequently asked questions
Training is currently held on Tuesdays at Woodlake Sports Oval, Ellenbrook. Some Junior and Senior teams also train on an additional Thursday night.
Training sessions for all our teams are subject to coach and grounds availability, however, Miniroos teams have generally been held at 4:30pm, with Junior teams training at various times from 5:30pm.
Senior teams train from 7pm.
Our home ground is Chichester Reserve, Woodvale for all Miniroos teams (U6s to U12s). All matches are played on Saturdays at this location with fixtures any time from 8am to 1pm.
All Junior and Senior teams are fixtured to play at Paloma Park (Marangaroo), Ferrara Park (Girrawheen), Ashfield Reserve, Maida Vale Reserve and Santiago Park (Ocean Reef).
Opening and Closing ceremonies are held at Ashfield Reserve.
Player registration includes Football West and WACFA fees, insurance, playing socks, end of season trophies and access to club events.
Players are also loaned a game shirt for the season, to be returned at the end of the season.
Players must supply their own black shorts, shin pads and soccer boots for games.

Note - Coaching roles are subject to approval by Ellenbrook Rovers and WACFA. We encourage coaching roles to be delivered as a combined venture (Coach/Assistant coach or Co-coaches) and encourage all our coaches to uphold the values of our club in the way they coach their teams at training and game day.
In order to pay for your registration with a Kidsport voucher, you will need to apply directly with Kidsport. You can do this here:

Once registration opens in 2026, and your voucher has been approved by Kidsport - you will need to email the code to us at registrar@ellenbrookroverscfc.com.
Training shirts are an optional purchase at $27 each. This can be ordered on the Play Football platform when registration officially opens for the season.
Bank transfers for purchases are also available by emailing the Uniforms Coordinator at uniforms@ellenbrookroverscfc.com.
Club hoodies and jumpers are optional purchases at $45 each. They can be ordered on the Play Football platform when registration officially opens for the season. Please note that the deadline to receive orders (and full payment) for each season is 31 March. The order is then placed with our supplier in April with an expected shipment to us after 6-8 weeks.
Updates will only be provided if the supplier notifies us of any known delays to the shipment arriving. Otherwise, please be patient, as we will distribute the orders as soon as they are received.
