GIRLS FOOTBALL
Ellenbrook Rovers is proud to be home to more than 45 girls playing in the Miniroos and Juniors competition amongst the Western Australian Christian Football Association.
Our Club has grown considerably over the last few seasons and we continue to build girls teams and encourage girls participation from U6s and older.
Season 2021 set a historic event at Ellenbrook Rovers with our U16s Girls Team winning the Premiership and our U13s Girls Team finishing as Runner Up Premiers. In 2022, we saw our U13s Girls winning the Premiership and our U16s Girls finishing Runner Up. We also established a Womens team for 2022 and saw them make it to Preliminary Finals.
2023 was another fantastic finish with our U17 Girls winning the League and the Grand Final Cup. Our Womens team also finished Runner Up for the League and won the Grand Final Cup.
2024 saw our U13 Girls, U17 Girls and Womens teams all make it to the semi-finals and our U17 Girls continue to Grand Finals and finish as runners up.
We're proud of all our girls and women's team's efforts and look forward to expanding female football at Rovers in 2025!
1 Star Club Changer
Our commitment to growing girl's football at ERCFC and beyond has earned us our first star. We are excited to continue to be a community that champions girls to play AND pursue their soccer goals, whether that is coaching, refereeing, playing or administration. Whether you are aiming for the Matildas or just want to connect and make friends, you're welcome at Rovers!
Our Girls Coordinator Jodie Mullaley has hosted both Come and Try and special girls only skills sessions to ensure our girls know football is the sport for them.
In season 2023 we had 45 girls involved from U6s to U17s, with great achievements from our U13 Girls and U17s Girls teams. It has been great to see the strength demonstrated by our girls!
